What I Am Learning in Nursing School

I am studying about fractures in Nursing right now.
I am also learning how to live to a ripe old age. I have decided it is not by eating bananas.

Pictures

The four siblings together at last!

Andrew, Luke, John, and So Ri
I think Luke and Elisa look alike.

Look at their expressions! Wow!

Andrea is so artistic and inspiring.

We had such a nice weekend. Not that I had to prove that by putting up pictures, but I thought that you might be able to see just a glimpse of what I have been up to these days. :)

Welcome Home, Luke!

For those of you that didn't know, my brother was a missionary in Zimbabwe for the past six months. We had a wonderful weekend- cooking favorite meals, inviting friends over, and going on hikes. I must say that the African meal was probably one of my favorites- maybe it was because we ate with our hands. :) But my absolute favorite thing about the weekend was just being with my three other siblings. It has been a long time since all four of us have been together.

Talkin' Banjos

I just got back from the BANJO! concert with Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer. I don't know about the rest of the SAU student body, but I think that we have some pretty downright good convocations. This has to be in one of my tops. I was spellbound. How could their fingers move so fast? How do these very normal looking middle aged ladies captivate us for so long by playing banjos? There was one particular song that made us laugh: Jubilation. They teamed up with a hip-hop artist and did a rhyming banjo/hip-hop song. The rapper was not there, so Cathy did her best, which was hilarious. If you want to see & listen to some very fascinating music, click on this youtube link and check out Marcy Marxer and Cathy Fink.
